How to reach fuses under passenger seat

we had warning plinks and now the roof won’t go up. I suspect a fuse but cannot see how to get to those under the passenger seat. It’s a 2012 TDI . The book says they are under the drivers seat but that is I suspect for Germany & I have stuff from the club saying theyare under passenger seat but I can see them but can’t reach. Do I have to unbolt the seat?

Wind the back up as far as it will go and then push seat back as far as it will go and you can then see the fuses.
