My wife and I have a sort of travel blog on Twitter called @bobontour named after our first California, Bob.
A week or so ago the Vice President of Ukrainian tagged our Twitter account linking it to a news paper article of companies still operating in Russia claiming Bob (the van) was funding Russian aggression.
It turns out that the Dutch CEO, of one of the named companies, Bob Van Dijk, has listed our travel blog as his Twitter account on his LinkedIn bio.
As a consequence Bob is now an international pariah and is subject to a constant stream of unpleasant comments.
We’ve written to Twitter, LinkedIn, Ukrainian government even the BBC but no response.
