Interior parts help please

Hello,

Hoping you I can get some much needed help.

I recently purchased a 2005 California and fixing a few problems I have with it at the moment. One of the kitchen doors was not opening/closing properly. I took the door off and have noticed it has broken door runners. I have attached a photo of a both a broken and working runner. These attached to the rear of the door.

I just can’t seem to find anywhere I can by replacements. Does anyone have any ideas on suppliers or have had similar problems?
