Hi, My retro fitted, by VW, reversing camera on my 2019 T6 California has developed an intermittent fault.
I am thinking is this a wiring connection issue? Can somebody advise which wires into the back of the infotainment unit are for the camera please so that I may concentrate on them?

Thanking you all in anticipation.

First place i would check is the reversing camera wiring that goes through the tailgate grommet, esp. if it has been retro fitted (ie. overlaid). If it is too tight or not correctly protected/positioned, the opening and closing is likely to weaken it. It also depends if it is a one piece screened cable or it might be a pair of twisted cables. I believe the factory fit one is a fully screened cable, slightly thicker black cable, probably a bit shiner than other cables. There is a foil element (screen) that sits just under the insulation and then there is a another wire in the middle which is the camera signal, a break in either will create an issue. Screened cables flexing through hinged joints or tight radius (or both) are common issues, esp. if they have been moved due to body repairs etc.
