Is this an awesome idea or a dumb idea?

by the way, how many aircraft engineers or aviation personnel are around here, as I suspect many of us...
sorry for being out of topic, just out of curiosity.
I’m an ex British Airways apprentice, started in 1977, retired now but licences still valid. Partner also BA apprentice, she’s still working in the industry.
Worked at Hatfield for a while at British Aerospace, one guy used to sleep in an Escort van in Woolworths multi story car park there. Several engineers at BA slept in campervans in the staff car parks. Quite fun trying to sleep there in the days of Concorde as she used to set the car alarms off as well as her own noise.
The summer months camping are the worst, there’s no way to cool down easily, easier in the winter if you’re cold just chuck another blanket on
