Is this normal? Underside of van

Hi all, welcome comparisons/ advice. Looking under relatively new 6.1 and see the following. Looks like there should be a bolt to attach bodywork catch to underside of vehicle?
What do you think?

A pushfit plastic trim rivet/clip missing between the bumper tab and the hole in the heat shield.
Has it had a towbar fitted? or reversing sensors? someone forgot to put it back or broke it when removing the bumper.

It should be attached but mine also has another black plastic trim piece attached, don’t see it on your photo

A little worried may also be missing the black plastic trim but a search on this forum seems to suggests this element was discontinued and I am not meant to have it.
Is this the case with other 6.1 van owners?

Well, mine obviously has it, not sure if you really need it

It goes along the side of the rear bumper, appears to sit on the silver heat shield

It is either cut or discarded when fitting a westfalia towbar so I had one in the beginning and don't have one now
