Just had a great weekend at the Southland site on the Isle of Wight.
All the motorhomes were packed in like sardines on the hardstanding, but they had just opened up the grass pitches - so we had a whole bay of 10 grass pitches completely to ourselves. Sheer bliss! If you are considering a trip in the next few weeks, you would probably have a similar experience.
Nice pleasant site, good play area for the kids, clean shower block. We paid 16.00 for 1 night, and the ferry was 60 pounds.
