We are delighted to announce that JB II was delivered back to us last Thursday from Scotland. The garage was most helpful, phoned us every day to keep us updated and are arranging the re-imbursement of our hotel bills. But what we cannot understand is that almost 2 weeks later, we haven't heard a word from VW Customer Services although we contacted them several times. A courtesy call would have been nice to reassures us. Thank you all for your words and advice, meant a lot when we were stranded
