My Sunday quick question is.....
If you need to code main battery to ECU as the split charge is a solenoid , do you need to code leisure batteries to ECU too?

No. Just change over.

even if I change them to different spec or swap them for lead crystal or lithium once dc dc split charger installed?

Thats a different matter. DC to DC charger in place of the split charge relay, no problem.
But changing the type of battery to Lithium/Crystal is a different matter altogether. The built in mains charger, Control Panel and standard split charge relay/Dc to Dc charger may all have to be upgraded or replaced.
