My leisure battery is at 40% see image on my T6 - this has not changed in over 1.5hr of motorway driving - the A has stayed at 0.0 or -0.2 the whole journey … and the V had stayed at 12.0 the whole time … should I be concerned or need to do something or is this normal?

Not normal. First thing to do is to check the 80 amp fuse under the passenger seat.

Where you have the engine on and battery being charged at 15 amps.

So you have a functioning alternator that is putting out charge at 15 amps. If you stop the engine and the battery is still saying 12.0v and 40% (let reading stabilise for 20 mins after engine off ) then you have a supply issue to the split charge relay and or blown fuses to either front or both leisure batteries

Double check with hooking up to mains when you can.
G symbol gets replaced with a 2 prong plug when on mains but if no movement in battery voltage after an hour (again disconnect from mains and wait 20 mins.when checking)

There are 3 possible issues
1) 80amp battery fuse under front seat (but think the rear battery would still be charging from split charge relay unless this has also blown its cube fuse at same time

2) Defective split charge relay

3) Blown supply line fuse in engine compartment A fuse box (See posts 45 to 51 and images) below

You are going to need a multi meter and someone who knows their way around the vehicles electrics

I have copied @Loz image and ringed the pearl fuse (white) and the connection for the split charge relay (Red)
