Happisburgh Lighthouse - August 2021

 

[Off-The-Beaton-Track]

Took the bairns to Cape Rienga in our T5.1 California. It is the northern most point of the New Zealand mainland, hence the yellow distance sign. There is an equivalent sign at The Bluff at the southern end of the country which we intend to take the California to this next school summer holidays. Unfortunately there isn't a lighthouse down there though.

Our Syd up at Dunnet Head Lighthouse last year doing some of the NC500. Amazed at how near Orkney is to the mainland from here.
