I do a fair bit of running and cycling and the odd triathlon - won one, 19th in another and a rather poor 46th in another (horrible injury after the swim leg - finished but bled a lot). Seem to have a habit of coming 5th in 10k running races too. And hoof up the odd mountain once in a while.

Anyone else a bit mad too?

Some terrible pics...!

Clinging for dear life to the edge of a Snowdon ridge:

Post swim in a tri - only 4 of us were stupid enough to go without wetsuits!!

I bet you have more hair than me though...

Fitter and lighter than me. :?

I did say I would never run a marathon but in 2008 was persuaded. Rome marathon done in a time of 4 hours 30 minutes, and the thought never ever again... hmm could I beat that time?

i don't have that sort of time on my hands to get that much done... :rofl :doh

just getting away in the cali from work is hard enough.. :laugh2

Kernow, might be just about mad as yourself. Love getting out on the road bike or getting muddy on the mountainbike. Mainly though running has always been my thing, bit old for the track now but love doing anything offraod and adventure racing type stuff. Done London a couple of times, a snip over 2 1/2 hours was my best. Havent done a tri yet but no doubt i'll get one under my belt in the next couple of years!!
