methods of getting heavy bikes on the vw/berghaus bike rack

Hi Does anyone have any guidacne on how to get heavy bikes on the rear door bike rack apart fro being a helpless waif/girl/woman?? :headwall :crazy ??

Remember not to heavy .. The tailgate rack will only take 60kgs .. Not because the rack can't take it ,but because the tailgate may get damaged :-(
