Microphone not working - help!

Hi all
Picked up my new Cali in Sept. The microphone worked but seems to have stopped working both in voice recognition and when mobiles are connected via a lead. I can clearly hear the other person on any placed out or received calls over the speakers, but they cannot hear me on my S7 and wife's S9. Is it the mike thats at fault or some setting? Your help would be appreciated. Ray

Does the Mike work when you set it up with Bluetooth?
The usb connector may not be able to work in the way you are trying.

Not tried it with Bluetooth, but it worked ok at the start connected via the usb lead. Thank you, I'll try that out though.

Tried it with Bluetooth and it still did not work. Booked it in VW L/pool next week for them to sort out
