Miyato wheel nut size?

Are they 19 mm diameter?
My bolts that went rusty and were replaced under warranty are now rusty again. My dealer put some black covers on them last time but I didn't like them and took them off (wish I hadn't now)
So I'm looking at the silver vw ones on fleabay which mostly seem to be 19mm, but there's no mention of whether they fit california or transporter.
Does anyone know whether 19 mm will fit?
As I've got a locking wheel nut on each wheel I'm assuming I'll have to make do without a cover for these seeing as the heads are bigger?
