Hi

Does anyone have the part numbers for the Multiflex fixings please. Am making a Chuck Box and figure it would make sense to be able to fix it to the rails. Done a search but cant seem to find anything.

Thanks

John

I use these to secure my fridge base to the sliding rails. I’m not 100% sure but I think that they come as a pair.

I posted them on this thread a few years ago:

https://vwcaliforniaclub.com/threads/kitchen-pod-almost-complete.4130/#post-36423

"The ‘T’ piece with knob and spring is 7H5885297B + £9.64 + VAT
The plastic cover that sits on the rail and the spring seats in is 7E885749 906 + £7.97 + VAT each. I think the 906 at the end refers to a colour?
"
Guessing the price will have increased sin then.
I think the part number has changed, and you buy it all as one now. Ie plastic and metal bit together.
Part number when I bought some a few weeks back was 7H5-885-297-B
About £15 each. They don't come as a pair (or at least they didn't when I got mine)

Hello,

I’m looking for help with these fixings - namely on removing them from my multiflex; does the plastic knob just pull off so you can fit them through the multiflex leg holes, or do you just keep undoing the knob in order to force it past some kind of nylock-like thread?

Cheers,
Adam.

Use a small s rewdriver to remove the centre of the top of the black plastic knobs. Inside you'll see a small metal clip on the top of the thread which you need to remove to completely unscrew it.

Thanks Chris.

Now to drill out the other hole so I can get it to lock in to my rails when pushed to the extreme back of the ‘van.
