That’s a huge move, from a T25 to a front engined van, which will take some getting used to. Lovely van by the way.
You will love it though, I am sure.
I shed a little tear when our Early Bay was sold, but haven’t really regretted it.

Hi and welcome to the Cali family.
Our first VW camper was also a T25 which we called Karl the Camper. He was named after the VW salesman whom we dealt with. It got blown all over the road when it was windy. Got stuck in more than one muddy field, but then again we were trying to tow out a hot air balloon.
Now got a T6.1, what a different world.

Looking forward to our first proper trip in the T6. Not sure where or when that will be yet….
It is a different world…. Right now we are enjoying the heady combination of driving at 70mph on the motorway whilst having a conversation in whispers, rather than shouting at each other at 55mph
Our old t25 is called Odie, and he’s taken us on some epic trips. Amongst the best we have been through France and Spain, all the way to Granada and back home. Outward through the tunnel in the Pyrenees, back home via the Mediterranean coast and central France.
