Hello All.
Just joined. I'm currently researching the ins & outs of buying. Had a hire booked for the end of this month, to see if we will like this way of life. But now cancelled for obvious reasons. Will be a way off yet before/ if we decide to buy. So reading everything I can at the moment. Any hints or tips would be appreciated.

Lots to read. Best to start with people's adventures in the travel section here - https://vwcaliforniaclub.com/forums/travel.9/ . This will give you a good idea on how people use their vehicles. Then of course, the eternal debate on Ocean versus Beach and DSG versus Manual. Will help you make up your mind (or confuse you further )
