No oil warning light when ignition switched on

Any one else noticed if you have no oil warning light come on when you switch ignition on with out starting on 2015 2.0 engine .

vw say on this model it won't show up when ignition is switched on ?

Been to check and no oil light on mine. They all light up like it's Christmas briefly then just battery, park brake and orange engine management warning light lit before starting.
Just trust it would work if oil pressure drops....

Many thanks yes strange it does not light up mates got a t5 van that lights up must be a cost saving thing on the Cali glad I’m not a loan
