North Pennines Camping suggestion needed

hi all

I am in Sunderland for work in a couple of weeks and booked a long weekend off prior to the Monday so we could explore the Northern Pennines.

I can’t seem to find any campsites which are open in the region not good info on which areas are best. Can anyone help?

Thank you for this. I read all about the site and it sounds perfect but it’s memb only and we aren’t. We chose the other club, the friendly one. I will call them to see if I can sneak in!
