Tried all ways to upload some photographs. Looked for help.. Cant find.

Am I just having a bad day?

Is there some advice on how to load photographs in a thread?

Sorry...

All forums have slightly different software so you'll need to persevere. First off:

- are you posting from Windows PC, Mac or phone / tablet?
- where is the picture file that you want to upload?

I've found ways to upload straight from iPhone directly into thread posts, upload to your Media folder on site & then link to it, or to post links to images already somewhere else on internet ...

If you're new at it I'd suggest going to Media and then uploading pictures from your computer to there. Separately when in a post you want to add a picture to click on the camera icon & go from there - it's two stages but perhaps easier to get the hang of.

If you're on a Windows PC, a super-simple way way is to open the picture in the Windows Photo Viewer then use the snipping tool on the picture and paste it into the post you're writing.

Just to prove it works...viola!

When you are composing a post, down the bottom you will see the " Post Reply " button. Next to it is the " Upload a File " button. Click on that.

Next you will see this page or something similar.

Click on Photo Library and select your photo.
The photo will be uploaded to the site and you will see this.

Place the Cursor where you want the photo to appear and Click " Thumbnail " for a small version or " Full Image " for a larger version.

This is on an iPad, but it is the same on a Mac computer, Android Phone and iPhone and presumably similar on a Windows Computer.

Worth it to see a nice shiny van Mike.

(Velma has a grubby rear end today after a very dusty and long farm track to a campsite on the South Downs. She's a dirty, dirty girl.)

Spent ages on her. Nearly there. Loads of questions.

Ah Ha , Welsh Man, Good Preparation results in goot trips and longer van life me thinks . Also to be fair checking it over very carefully after quick handover to see everything is there and working.

I will use her as a daily work vehicle so shirts, cases, computers, PPE, everything goes in there. Thats to sort AND.... I may have mentioned.... Off to Southern Spain in her in early August for three weeks.... Cant wait..... Getting everything ready for that...

Shes my first Cali, so even trying to fill the water is new, how to lock the cap, water running straight out on drive, everything is a learn.....

You will get a grip after a few trips on how everything works , and posting pics taken on those trips will be no problem ..
