Part number for original VW lower bed mattress topper T6.1 Coast

Hi all. Struggling to confirm the part number for the optional original VW lower mattress topper for the 6.1 Coast / Ocean.

Have been given 7LA 067 135A, 7E7061675, 7E7067135D but am struggling to confirm which is correct.

Please help if possible - thank you!

We are based in South Africa, the Californias are quite rare here and the mattress topper wasn’t an available option, so when they look it up on the system it becomes confusing. We think if we have the right part number it will help us to order it from Germany.

Which one are you referring to. There are 2 available.
One just sits on the rear parcel shelf and makes up the difference in height between parcel shelf and bench seat in the bed position to give a level surface/bed.
The second is much larger and covers the whole bed + parcel shelf with a thicker section on the parcel shelf and made to fold in 3 and store on the parcel shelf.

Thanks. The link you shared shows 7LA 067 135A, but when we look that up on the VW parts system the pictures look different (part has more cutouts that don’t seem to fit for the car on VW parts diagram). Any idea on why the pictures look different in the link you sent to on the VW site? I attached the images - one with a screenshot from the link you sent and the other two the part diagram of that part number on VW system and another image of the same part number.

The mattress and link I posted is the correct mattress for the T5/6/6.1 and has the one cutout at the rear. This is for the Full Campervan with kitchen and wardrobe.

The California Beach, with no kitchen or wardrobe has 2 cutouts.

I know, I agree the link you sent is correct, but in the link you sent I can see the part number is 7LA 067 135A, but that exact same part number corresponds to a VW part diagram with 2 cutouts. It’s very strange and that’s why I’m not sure if that is the right part number to order.

You do realize how bad the VW 'comfort' mattress is, right? It lasted 2 trips and then replaced with a Calibed concertina version. The Brandrup Xtend version might be more readily available in SA. Its like sleeping on my Vispring.

It depends , we found our T5.1 VW Comfort mattress absolutely fine, but we both prefer a firm mattress.

Hi, we had to replace our mattress in our 2022 Ocean and the invoice is below with the part number. This is the mattress that is in 3 parts and sits on the extension / parcel shelf and then over the pulled out rear seat. It was replaced in 2024 - looks like price has increased significantly now though!! Part number V7LA 067 135 A. Hope this helps
