He is named after another German, a reliable, trustworthy, diligent and loyal consort.

I brought him home yesterday.

He is now being packed before we set off to Cornwall next wednesday for the start of a deep and meaningful relationship with each other.

Thank you for all the nice comments sent Albert's way. He was too busy yesterday to really appreciate them,

He was being packed!

My packing list, prepared in the three months of waiting, was many pages long! Yes, I am over the moon, just can't wait to get away, after packing he became "mine", felt like home, snug and comfortable.
Next weekend we will be in Cornwall starting our coastal circumnavigation.
