My 6.1 California Ocean roof consistently sags when a hot day is followed by a cool night, just enough for me to notice the sides are not so taught. I just reopen it fully in the morning with the hydraulics. I've never noticed it re-open itself automatically during the night even when freezing outside, but then those days tend to be cold also so not a big temp difference day-night. It's only a couple of years old so maybe seals etc all still good.
