pop up control prob...

Hi folks,
just back from another minor adventure .... was all set to leave a distant windy site and happily pressing the close roof button . The display read no ignition. Ignition was clearly on. Tried again. Same thing. Actually switched the engine on which failed to convince the panel that the ignition was on. Several attempts later the roof finally came down, leaving me too nervous to put the thing up again for the rest of the trip. Fortunately it has been distinctly nippy so apart from some minor claustrophobia , fairly livable with.

anyone else have this ?

You are not giving away any verhicle details under your avatar , so if recent and warrenty ....a dealer issue to check ...
Try and reset the control panel to start with.

Thanks ...its a nov 2014 180 with all the usual bits and pieces, still under warranty etc .... will look up how to reset - must be in the manual somewhere....

Welshgas gave it away in your other post already yesterday , better to stick to one post for each problem.
Makes it easy for the ones who are trying to help. And others who are using the search funtion.
