Pop up roof canvas material reproofing?

My California is nearly 6 years old.
Just wondered if it’s advisable to treat the pop up roof material with a waterproofer?

Opinion is mixed. Some people have used Fabsil and similar products.

Personally I wouldn't use anything unless the fabric was obviously degraded and/or leaking significantly. Our van is nearly five years old and no issues at all yet.

I have done it, but the first few years shouldn't need reproofing.
If you would like to reproof, take something for the fabric, like any other tent of cotton.
But I believe that the manual says not to waterproof the material?

Use Solarproof from Nikwax if you use anything
