Pop up roof option missing from control panel

Arrived in France went to open the roof and the option to open the roof has vanished from the control panel. Anyone else experienced this? It's a late t5.
We had the lights changed to European side and the dealer carried out a recall on rear lights! Any connection ??? Advice very welcome!

Try everything possible , hook-up , engine running....

Personal don't think i is related with work done on the verhicle headlights.

Did you try to go to the workshop menu and check if the pop top option was disabled? Press the center button at the same time as the back button for a few seconds. Check out the configuration and see if pop top is off
