Powered sliding door not working

Help - our powered sliding side door on our 2019 T6 Ocean has locked and won’t open with the key fob or the internal dashboard buttons. Have looked at fuse layout online but can’t see one dedicated to the door mechanism. Is there a way to deactivate it and slide and lock manually?
Anyone have any ideas before I head off to VW with wads of cash stuffed in my pockets…

Have you checked the dashboard button that disables the powered door? on my T5 it was next to the dash open/close button.
