Problem free week

For the first time in just over 2 years of ownership we have had a week away without calling vw assist or going to a vw van centre on the way home to book in for more warranty work although we have an outstanding issue with the paint finish on the roof not the normal issues but blemishes towards the rear which you can see and feel have been told by vw Sheffield it is due to the paint on aluminium not steel? anybody else hear of this .

Have a look at a thread started by ' cloud Dodger '. It's called Robinson's van centre I think. I dont know how to do a link. He had many paint issues

Hope you have a 5-year warranty and recommend you renew VW Assist in year 4.
