Hey fellow Cali owners
I just recently bought my first California, a T4 Westfalia from '91. Everything is good and all, except for the fridge/freezer which is not working. I have tried troubleshooting the wires, but every wire seems to give out the right voltage (6-7v from control cables, 12v from main power chords). However, the compressor responisble for making it cold doesn't start. Sometimes it "barks"; it starts shaking for like 2 seconds, then dies. It also starts a beeping sound every 15-or-so seconds.
Does anyone have any knowledge about this problem? Is the compressor on it's way to heaven? If so, who sells old compressors for a T4 Cali?
Any tips are taken into consideration!
