We’ve had our van for four years this month. We absolutely love it. And have taken care of it. With the odd inevitable spillage and mishap here and there. And now we think it needs a thorough clean. Like a pro clean. Like a ‘come back sparkling’ clean.

Anyone had a pro valet and roughly how much did it cost? Thanks

If it’s mainly marks on upholstery and carpets try Diamond Brite Upholstery Cleaner first and save yourself a lot of money. It sprays on like snow, leave it 20 mins and go over with a damp microfibre cloth. Amazing results.
For the outside I take ours to the Albanians on Nottingham Road and for £15 or £20 including the roof, they do a great job. I wax it afterwards maybe 4 times a year.

Amazing! Thank you. I only want a one off valet as we’ve had it four years and never had it cleaned inside. Except for the both of us giving it a good once over.

I think I may have found someone! So thank you :)

In the meantime, I’ll purchase what you recommend for top up jobs and ongoing maintenance!

We had one done after 10 years of heavy use, in and out... Amazing results, but they needed to have it 2 days and it cost € 400,-..... That's here in NL.
They also said it was a bit of a bummer for them, effort-wise, and next time they would give a higher quote...

I had mine detailed (inside & out) by my local Detailer. Cost me just shy of £400 but worth every penny. Paintwork had some slight swirls, so they were machine polished out and then had a wax applied.

Interior carpets were wet vacuumed, ArtVelours steamed and cleaned with leather cleaner.

One think to watch for when using a hand wash car place. A friend of mine who is a valeter said they use a powerful pre cleaner. Whilst this gets rid of all the surface dirt it can also damage the bright work.
