Raising roof, bellows, seal construction details

Hi all,
Does anyone have any construction details, directions, parts list, etc. for the above? I have our Cali in for some roof leaking issues right now and frankly I didn't understand what the hell the service guy was telling me they were considering replacing (he was not very articulate to be fair). Something about a "cap over bellows"! Racked my brain to understand what the hell that might be. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
