Rear screen wash top up

Hello. I've just added some screen wash concentrate to my front windscreen wash reservoir as part of my winter preparation work. I see another top up cap, but green - not blue (see photo). Is this for the rear screen wash top up does that draw from the same reservoir as the front one? Oil top up is clearly marked and separate. Does anyone have any ideas what this is? Perhaps brake fluid?

DON'T PUT WATER IN THERE!!!

That's your power steering fluid reservoir, there's a more than subtle clue in the symbol on the cap.
