Hi, I've had a T5 California comfortline for 5 years. At first, I went to the VW van centre in Bham where I live. Horror of horrors. They are useless but still charge alot of money. Eventually, I sent emails to a number of more distant dealerships. Listers of Coventry replied and since then I have been delighted with their service, going above and beyond what you might expect. When I bought my van second hand there were a number of hidden problems such as the fridge runnning down the leisure batteries far too quickly, the remote to the heater not working and the rear tyres wearing on the inside edges. Lisiters not only solved these problems but were very generous in the way they charged me. For instance, today, when they replaced the rear springs which they reckoned were causing the tyre wear, they were not only right but didn't charge me for the springs, only the labour. They are just off the M6. trust me, they're good and service alot of T4s, T5s and sell alot of new ones. I ahve nothing to gain from saying this but believe that you should give credit where it's due.
