Recommendations for site Newcastle way

Hi, can anyone recommend a good site near Newcastle please for a couple of nights? We are wanting to go to the Metro Centre for shopping, cinema etc.

Never stopped here but it's nice around the area and close to the MetroCentre.

This site has a bus stop nearby and bus will take you direct into Newcastle taking about an hour. A walk into Whitley Bay and you can take a Metro tram ride in which is quicker. The site itself is usual caravan club site, and the pitches slope rather more than most so make sure you take levellers with you
