I live in Switzerland where fuel prices are some of the highest in the world, so I use a touring club app. which tells me the crowd-sourced prices along my route.
I just tried "Mehr Tanken" on my iPhone but the prices are all out of date.
Being community minded, I submit prices to the Swiss touring club app., but it is only good in Switzerland.

Does anyone else use such an app?

Waze has the functionality to crowdsource fuel prices, but its use varies from country to country. A quick random check of one Tankstelle in Switzerland shows prices up to date as of 7 days ago..
