Replace halogen lamps with LED . 2015 Cali Beach

Anybody replaced halogen lamps for led? Anything to be concerned about….

We have carried out below:

1/ 2012 Beach - Now sold:
Changed H4 headlight units for Transporter HQ headlight units with LED bulbs.
Cost was approx £650 fully fitted at Bognor Motors.

2/ 2015 Joker:
Retained existing H4 headlight units.
Fitted Phillips LED Bulbs in main and dipped beams.

Both make a huge difference. But would suggest just changing the bulbs first as it’s far cheaper. Bulbs are easy to change, takes about a minute.

Only concern might be that is it currently not legal / MOT compliant in the UK. Despite being approved in some other European countries such as Germany / France.

Major upside is that you can see where you going at night!
