Replacement threads

Hello. I have tried looking on the site and others but can't quite find what i need. The shortest arm on my 2010 T5 SE bike rack has seized in the knob and will not budge (WD40 not working). I think it is a simple replacement of thread and knob that, if the drawing i saw is genuine, is numbers 5 and 14... does this sound right and where can i get these from please? Thanks

Thanks - it'll need to be stong as very rusted and seized up...
