Request for recommendations: Electric fan to keep cool in the Summer

Hoping that one of our fellow VW Cali owners would be open to sharing hints and tips on how to keep cool in the van in temps between 30 and 40c?
Are there any fans on the market that you would recommend?
Any other tips?

You can get a Tailgate Clip that allows the Tailgate to be partially open, about 2-3" at bottom, But Locked and secure.
Front Window Vents and use a Mains Fan or 12v Fan to circulate air.

Silver screens on the outside of the windscreen, awning out with extra sunscreens, a tarp
from decathlon on the other side to keep the sun off the windows and i always
put on my cali cap, it´s silver-ish so reflects a bit of heat. ( i hope )
The downside of having the cali cap on is not having a straight through breeze.
Front windows opened an inch and a flyscreen fixed to the sliding window.

When it´s been almost unbearable, i have put the aircon on for about 10 mins at the end of the day.

These are brilliant. We don't have one on the van, but bought one for aged relatives. It is able to be used on 12v or mains. Brilliant.

I have some cheap usb solar panels and some usb fans but to be honest they don't make a massive difference but the bonus is the more the sun shines the faster they spin

Theyre not much use through tinted windows though.

I do wonder if you could use some PC fans which are pretty cheap to make your own cooler. £5 for two.

If money is no object get a zerobreeze or a transcool

Some folks on the facebook page were going to try these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Portable...225521?hash=item23a1e884f1:g:7LwAAOSwNDZbMyMk but I never heard anything back so maybe they arent so good. Any cooler that works by humidifying the air will not be as effective if you are somewhere humid.
