At a lovely spot mid way up Lock Eck tonight. And the water tank ran dry (we were also wild camping last night)...
Before we left I dropped a 30 litre tank into the base of the wardobe, where it fits very snugly. It's a container I've had for years, so I can't offer a link to buy one, but I thought the idea was worth sharing...
The spot is on Park4Night app and photos attached of me syphoning the reserve tank into the main tank plus the van in situ here. Probably took a little over 5 minutes to transfer the water over. Warning though: Care needs to be taken with getting the syphoning going due to the location of the 2nd leisure battery underneath/alongside. I did it easily without incident though.
