I have never booked a camping in advance before, but last years visit to Levanto in Liguria made us wanting to come back next year, ie 2020.
Levanto is close to the Cinque terre villages but without the price hike, a train goes near the camping that takes us to the 5 villages. "Our" camping is close to the small city with cafés, bakery, restaurants etc and also real close to the beaches.
Our kids would like to surf this year and Levanto is one of the best locations for this. On our way home we plan to visit some wineyards near Garda for some supplies.
I hope to do some MTB there as well.
