Reversing Camera Broken

Hi Everyone,
I have a problem with my GC680. During the 3rd brake light recall I discovered that after collection The reversing camera was not working, my local VW dealer wants to charge me €900 just for the camera. They told me they didn't touch the camera and it must have been faulty before the recall.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? I noticed I have 2 cameras at the back of my GC, one over the brake light and another above the number late, I do not know which one is for reversing.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is only one factory fit reversing camera which is the one on the high level brake light assembly.

I wonder what the one over the number plate is for???
