RNS-510 Which version?

A couple of questions please - If I was looking to upgrade the basic 310 radio in a 2014 cali by buying a RNS-510 off eBay:
1. Which version should I be looking for I understand there are different fascia shapes
2. I have the enhanced bluetooth - is this part of the radio or a separate module
3. Will I need to get the van coded to enable the MFD and steering wheel controls bluetooth & parking sensors.
4. If I do need to get it coded will it still work in a basic mode before I find someone to code it.
5 I would like an interface to plug in an iPhone to be able to control choice of track etc from the head unit, is this a separate module or lead or both?
