Hi our T6 Ocean is in the process of having roof warranty work done. It was sent from Yeomans formally Carrs Indian Queens Cornwall 17th Jan to Marshalls in Newbury for roof warranty work. The work has been completed and we are waiting for VW to agree the extra cost before our van can be returned. Yeomans say the invoice is sent into the computer world ethos and they cannot contact anyone to hurry the process up. This is 5 weeks does anyone have any advice
