Also, I had not thought to check any height difference for either the rear WingBar or one repositioned to the center. I will do that for completeness sake and post my findings.

@Johnboy is correct (see his post #20 above) that, in my case anyway, the rear of the van is higher. Top of my WingBars fitted as above is 20mm higher at the back.

So, to correct post #15 above: with DCC, and my WingBars fitted my overall highest point becomes 2005mm. I imagine that without DCC, but with standard wheels and suspension, this is likely to be 30mm more.
