Rough cold Idle and weird noises on warm

No diagnostics errors just unpleasant new sounds from the engine.
Do I just ignore them and wait until something comes up in errors or need to try to resolve it earlier?
Oil levels not dropping. Just the coolant have recently dropped (might be due to a recent EGR replacement)

When warmed up runs fine, just a weird sound. It disappears after restart though.

Is there an exhaust smell at all? We had a similar type of noise when the rear EGR pipe was cracked. The pipe is really difficult to see, but there was a small crack in one of the pipe flange joints. Noise was much more pronounced when stationary. Warning light came on after a long drive to Eurotunnel and forced me to investigate.

This may not be the issue, but it is a common issue. Our T6 is a 2017 and the replacement pipe that was fitted had been redesigned at least twice. The part we had fitted is cast at one end. I believe front pipe can also crack, so worth checking both, small signs of black soot around the crack.
