All, we are all looking forward to summer. I am planning to go up to Norway and the northernlights. I hope. Meanwhile I have another car. For a reason it was parked outside my garage temporarily ( a new pinball table! - yes I have an excuse to goto the garage of an evening....) , thats not rodent or bird (the present Robin seems to think I should buggar off! from that garage) free.
Nevertheless I noticed that the rubber in my alternate now ancient vehicle (which I really look after) has recently been chewed by rodents or the sparrow?
How to prevent this. I have looked on amazon and several sprays are available. Can anyone tell me the effective way on the VW? there is a lot of exposed electrics and rubber and so on in the engine bay etc. How to protect ? it is never going to be in a garage here. It is also sitting, whether I like it or not for days on end. I am not going to simply burn fuel just to use it.
It is a problem. For me.
