My case lodged with the Motor Ombudsman still hasn't been allocated, but has been accepted for allocation...
I am putting these fox spikes round my van to try to prevent vermin getting underneath. Takes 3 mins to wedge them round the edge of the van. Has worked so far, but recognise isn’t a solution if you’re in and out all the time.
