Got a bit of an issue with my roof, going into be looked at this week, my Cali is a 2014 so hopefully be covered under warranty, any one else seen this type of issue with the roof closing unevenly?

The saggy bellows appear after about an hour after it's been fully elevated,image.jpgimage.jpg

Definitely not correct.
The Warranty is for 3 years so there should be no problem with getting it fixed. It looks as if the NS hydraulic ram is faulty. It will be replaced and possibly the pump as well.
You should ask VW via the Dealership or VWCS for a Goodwill Gesture for the inconvenience. I got a £200 accessory voucher. Enough for a few Brandrup Accessories.
You are not alone http://vwcaliforniaclub.com/threads/roof-unequal-when-lowering.5815/#post-104763

We saw a couple of calis like this whilst away in August. First one was on a hire vehicle(14 plate) the other was an older model, pre facelift t5. It looks like a common enough fault that can, hopefully, be sorted quickly.
I too would be asking for a goodwill gesture on such a new vehicle.
Good luck getting it sorted.

Indeed a known problem .
Important is to check of your roof is saggy BEFORE you lower it....
If it is saggy , first open it fully again , then lower it ....
This not always solve the problem but can help preventing unequel rooflowering.

Does this only effect the electric roof or manual as well. Thanks

If your manual roof lowers by itself please let us know .....
You would be the first having this and i would defenatly want to see this!

A manual roof will not suffer this issue as it secures mecanicly;)
