Decided to get my next service at an independent VW garage. Saunders in Chester is not like the usual 'hotel suits' favoured by the main dealers. They had mechanics that looked like mechanics - the boss was a mechanic and knew exactly what was required for a 4Motion Haldex oil change, engine oil change and MOT. This is all covered within the VW warranty. Paper copies need to be kept as there was no access to upload to VW data base; the only downside of an excellent experience. Total cost inc VAT = £320.00.
